NO TOLERANCE POLICY

By registering your son/daughter with our Club, you have agreed to abide by the MSYSA and/or US Club Soccer Rules and Regulations. Furthermore, we have our own Club Rules and Regulations (The No Tolerance Policy) that MUST be adhered to as well.

Violation of our Club’s Rules could include fines, penalties, and or expulsions depending on the severity of the infraction. The No-Tolerance Policy is in full effect year round and governs the actions of everyone including coaches, administrators, players, parents, relatives and friends.


Policies & Penalties

1. Any salaried head and assistant coaches who receive a red card will forfeit 1 month’s salary to the Club’s general account or perform volunteer Club service at the discretion of the BOD. If it happens a second time they forfeit the right to coach within our Club and will be replaced. All volunteer coaches will pay a fine of $200 to the Club. NOTE: All fines must be received within one week of the infraction or risk coaching within this Club. Furthermore, any Coach that is found to be disruptive in any way to his / her team, or to the Club and does not represent us to the highest standard, also forfeits the right to be registered in our Club and will be removed and replaced immediately. This includes any coach that enters into negotiations to move a team or individual players to another Club.

 

2. Any Team Administrator who receives a red card will also be fined $200. If it happens a second time they will be removed as an administrator. Any administrator that is found to be disruptive in any way to his / her team, or to the Club and does not represent the Club to the highest standard, also forfeits the right to be registered in our Club and will be removed and replaced immediately. This includes any team administrator that enters into negotiations to move a team or individual players to another Club or uses team account money for personal use.

3. Any parent, relative, friend, etc. who cannot control themselves and abuses the referees or anyone else for that matter, forfeits the right to be anywhere near or on the sideline for the next two games. If they attend, their son/daughter/etc. will not be allowed to play until they leave. If it happens a second time they will not be allowed to attend any games for the rest of the season.

 

4. Any coach, administrator, parent, relative, friend, etc. that consumes alcoholic beverages, drugs or cigarettes at or near a practice or game field, or around the team, forfeits the right to be near the team or on the sideline per the same terms as listed above in Rule #3.

 

5. Any player who receives a red card forfeits the right to start the first game back once he or she is eligible to play again. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

6. All Team uniforms and training gear MUST be ordered through our Premier Club Purchasing Program.

 

7. Ordering is the responsibility of the team administrators through the Uniform Coordinator. Any team administrator that violates this rule by making purchases elsewhere will be removed and replaced immediately.

 

8. Any Team that violates our No-Tolerance Policy and does not abide by the rules of the organization will be suspended from further competition representing BSA Barcelona and will not be permitted to register with us for the following season.
